Harissa - a hot Tunisian blend

This is a hot blend of dried chilli, whole roasted spices and paprika.

Usually found in a jar as a wet blend.  We have found that you can add use this as you need it, combining the spice blend with olive oil and making a paste to use as a rub on Beef, lamb or chicken.  It is also good to add to a pasta dish or as a condiment on a steak sandwich.

Method:
Mix as much blend as required
with Olive Oil to make a paste.
Use as a condiment, marinade
or stir through pasta.

Ingredients: Chilli garlic paprika
caraway coriander cumin salt
