Cajun Spice Blend

Comes from the deep South of America.  It is a hot blend, mostly used with blackened fish or chicken.  It is also good with ribs on the BBQ.

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, salt.

Cajun Spice Blend

Method:
Rub into chicken, beef or fish
and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Pan fry, grill or barbeque.
